愛する人が殺される事件を止められなかったことから闇に落ち、復讐のみに生きてきた元警官・兼高昭吾。その獰猛さから警察組織に目をつけられた兼高は、関東最大のヤクザ「東鞘会（とうしょうかい）」への潜入という危険なミッションを強要される。迫力はあるが・・。
